  i had lunch with one of my progressive former studies today.

  i was surprised how we had both changed.

  when we met he was a trainee medical doctor on humunitarian aid from moldover.

  I had lunch with one of my progressive former studies today. I was surprised how we had both changed. When we met he was a trainee medical doctor on humunitarian aid from Moldover. His now a full fledged doctor. I had assumed our meeting was catching up and small talk, but he seemed very keen to debate on a conspiracy theory about 9/11.

  I didn,t want to debate on a theory, i felt the FACT is its about humun tragedy.And my mind thought of the millions killed by Pol Pot, Stallin, Mao, Hitler, The Almenian and Balkan genocides ect ect.

  After our meal it saddened me that as a witness i never respected the remembrance day for those who gave there lifes for my freedom in the great war.

  And with 9/11 comming up it would be nice to honour and reglect on the innocent lifes lost to terroism. Not to debate the pollitics or conspiracy theories.

  You see we saw this 9/11 unfold on T.V and i can still imagine, those horrofying last minutes of so many innocent people, and at lunch today i was reminded of this, and its really something i shouldn't have allowed myself to forget.

  my little boy has decided he wants to be a vegetarian and has been for over a year now.

  i fully accepted and supported this.. my view however is no matter what you eat or how you eat it ....beings will die for you to eat.. i have noticed where we live we have the terms " free range" and " ecological".

  if affordable i am sure most peoples preferrd option for their own health and the conditions of the animals.. i would say everyone has the right to eat what they want within reason.

  let me take a moment to congratulate everyone.

  its a big step to figure this out - i know.. that said, it doesn't make you a genius!

  Of course it counts Fernando, but i would add not just eating habits but smoking habits ad well. But the other side of thar is as Ronnie Vancant said " live fast, die young and live a good looking corpse"

  Anyway i tend to agree with what a friend said me " HEALTH is WEALTH"

  you name a song title and the next person names another title that has one of the words from the first one, making a chain of associations.. so far instance,.

  i must have been about seven when this song came out, and i remember all my class debatting with the teacher the morality of the song. ( as a boy i secretly loved the Rollers, but wouldnt admit it they were for girls)

  just kidding :- looking at the lovely cute kittie photo in your avestor reminded me of a article in the local newspaper about the dissapearance of cats. Apparentley they ended up in a local chineese.

  Which brings to a recent outrage about horse meets being in certain foods. I think the real outrage was that the public were not informed of what they were eating.

  " A dream come true" ....Elton John.

  In appreciation of how i feel having left the W.T. Elton as Chairman of Watford football club also played an important part in my childhood, as i watched " my club" rise from the 4th to the 1st division and an F.A cup final. Thanks Elton.

  Sparrowdown: " But if God didn,t intend for humuns to eat animals why did he make them out of meet?"

  The .." .....why did he make them out of meet?" is a thought that never ended my head even when i belived in God and i guessed why i raised the question. I mean to bebate and question is the best way to keep learning and thinking. I await a respoce to your question from someone who belives in God.
